Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cuisine Crate. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@cuisinecrate.com to inform us of your intention to return the item.
  2. Carefully package the item and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to 8/19 Abbotsford Street, Whitiora, Hamilton 3200, NZ.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
